Catch-all Emails in Shared Hosting
Configuring a catch-all email mailbox will be surprisingly easy in case you’ve got a Linux shared hosting with us. You can activate this option through our powerful, yet user-friendly Email Manager tool, which is an integral part of the Hepsia Control Panel, via which you’ll administer the hosting account itself. You’ll see all the email addresses that you’ve created shown in alphabetical order and on the right side of each of them there will be a small-size "Catch-all" icon, which will immediately let you know if a particular mailbox gets all the email messages pertaining to a certain domain name or not. With a single click on the icon you can activate or deactivate this option whenever you like. If there is enabled email forwarding or in case another mailbox has already been set up as a catch-all one for a certain domain, you’ll get a warning text message from our system. The latter will not replace/disable anything automatically and without your approval.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
The catch-all feature can be activated without effort in case you have a semi-dedicated server plan with our company. All the email addresses that you’ve set up with the domain names hosted in the semi-dedicated account will be displayed in the Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section and you will find a small logo handily located directly next to each one of them. With just one mouse click, you can enable or disable the catch-all option for any mailbox of your choice on the condition that there isn't another mailbox under that same domain name with this option already enabled and there isn't activated email forwarding. Instead, you can right-click on a mailbox and enable this feature through the context menu that will surface. In case any of the requirements for configuring a catch-all mailbox is not answered, our system will warn you, but will not replace or disable anything automatically.
